The name represents the true nature of the album, a natural acoustic sound! Mahogany Love is embedded with distinctive vocals, metaphoric/humorous lyrics, simple melodies and guitar lines that hold a strong back bone to every piece.
Jon Hart's debut EP "Evolve" is strictly acoustic (with the odd harmony now and again). It blends blues, jazz, funk and triphop to add a new flavour to the acousitc world. Tracks such as Evolve and Gestures have been known favorites around Hart's mini tours.
